Standard Out-of-Pocket Rates

We offer 55-minute sessions across three levels of care. Below are our standard rates for mental health counseling and Christian counseling services.

Doctorate-Level Licensed Therapist / Owner Rates

  • Intake Session: $175
  • Individual Therapy: $150
  • Family Therapy: $175
  • Couples Therapy: $175

Master’s-Level Licensed Therapist Rates

  • Intake Session: $150
  • Individual Therapy: $130
  • Family Therapy: $150
  • Couples Therapy: $150

Master’s-Level Registered Intern Rates

  • Intake Session: $125
  • Individual Therapy: $100
  • Family Therapy: $125
  • Couples Therapy: $125

Sessions with Registered Interns are supervised by a licensed clinician to ensure high-quality care.

Life Coaching & Christian Life Coaching

Life coaching sessions are also 55 minutes in length and available for clients seeking personal growth, purpose alignment, or spiritual development outside of a clinical setting.

  • Individual Coaching Session: $130

Rates & Insurance

We accept a variety of payment methods for our counseling and coaching services, including insurance, employee assistance programs (EAPs), military benefits, and out-of-pocket.

Please see below for our current insurance and EAP partners. It’s important to note that all therapists may not be in-network with every insurance or EAP program listed at the time service is requested. However, we are working diligently to ensure that all of our providers are credentialed with as many plans as possible, and we are constantly adding new insurance and EAP plans to our list. Please contact us to confirm if the provider you wish to work with is in-network with your plan.
