My Calling & Approach

Taking the first step toward therapy takes strength—so I want to start by saying, I’m proud of you for being here. Reaching out for help is a courageous move, and finding the right therapist is a vital part of that journey. You’re not just looking for credentials—you’re looking for someone you can trust, feel safe with, and truly be yourself around. That kind of connection matters deeply, and I strive to offer exactly that.

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I’d be honored to walk with you through this chapter of your life.

Beyond the Therapy Room

Outside of counseling, I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. I love spending time with my family, whether that’s attending a sporting event or fellowshipping at church. I also enjoy cooking, decorating, singing, and dancing (I like to think I’m great at both singing and dancing—but I’ll keep my day job, lol).

To relax, one of my favorite things is sipping iced coffee while watching YouTube videos of decorating, cooking, gardening, or funny cat and dog clips. My mornings begin with prayer, giving honor and glory to God. Lately, I’ve also been practicing early morning yoga, which helps me relax and clear my thoughts before starting the day.
