My Calling & Approach

There are those who become counselors by profession—and then there are those who are called. I didn’t choose this path; God appointed me to it. Counseling isn’t just a career for me—it’s a ministry. It’s a divine assignment to help set the captives free and bring healing to the souls of God’s people.

Since 2007, I’ve been on a mission to help people break free from spiritual, mental, and emotional strongholds that create barriers in their lives. I use a holistic approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with biblical wisdom to empower individuals, couples, families, and groups to heal the whole person (mind, body, soul, and spirit), so they can walk in freedom and live out their God-given potential.

Who I Serve

I primarily support women (ages 18 and up) navigating the following:

As part of my holistic approach, I help women address challenges related to diet, nutrition, and overall health—recognizing the close connection between the body and the mind. I provide nutrition education, equipping clients with practical tools to support both their mental and physical well-being.

In addition to working with women, I also offer premarital and marital counseling for couples and therapy for preteens and teens (ages 12–17) as they navigate the unique pressures and transitions of adolescence.

I also have a heart for counseling and coaching leaders and entrepreneurs—mental health professionals, pastors, ministers, and business owners—who often carry the weight of others while still needing a safe space to be poured into, healed, and refreshed.

No matter where you’re starting, my goal is to walk alongside you in a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and step fully into the life God created you to live.

Beyond the Therapy Room

When I’m not counseling and coaching, you’ll likely find me ministering—whether through teaching, speaking, singing, praying, or writing. I also enjoy trying out new whole-food, plant-based recipes and spending time with my amazing husband and our two beautiful children.
