Opportunities for Pre-Licensed Clinicians
Are you a registered mental health counselor intern or a registered clinical social worker intern in the state of Florida looking to begin your career in private practice—without waiting until licensure?
Many interns are limited to community agencies, hospitals, or residential treatment facilities during their post-graduate training. At Awakening Counseling & Coaching, Inc., we offer a unique opportunity: to gain high-quality clinical experience in a private practice setting while completing your licensure hours.
As an intern within our practice, you will have the opportunity to:
- Receive supervision from Florida-approved qualified supervisors without paying additional out-of-pocket supervision fees
- Grow a caseload within a group private practice environment while completing required licensure hours
- Explore your clinical interests and begin developing your professional niche
- Build confidence as a clinician while working with a higher-functioning outpatient population
- Work alongside licensed clinicians who are actively doing the work you aspire to do in private practice
Opportunities for Licensed Clinicians
We also welcome interest from licensed clinicians (LMHCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs) who are seeking a supportive, values-aligned group private practice where they can focus on clinical work without the administrative burden of running a solo practice.
Licensed clinicians who join our team have the opportunity to:
- Build or expand a caseload within a group private practice, without the pressure of starting or managing a practice independently
- Receive full credentialing with insurance and EAP plans supported by the practice, at no additional cost and without paying out-of-pocket credentialing fees
- Focus on providing quality clinical care while all administrative, billing, and insurance processes are managed by the practice

Administrative & Billing Opportunities
